My previous Keurig with the double functions had the heating plate go out- blessing in disguise as I ordered the k e with the pot preset. Live it.

Just updated my original K-Duo to a new one. Very easy to use. Coffee is still excellent. Can’t wait to make some ice coffee, once it get warmer.

Actually like the combined unit, except the 1 thing that is a major flaw, in my opinion, is that you cannot brew less than 6 cups of coffee.

I’ve only been using the item for 3 weeks and the surface of the hot plate is wearing. Very disappointed.
