I was excited to see that Keurig made a coffee maker/single cup combo. I had one before made by another company and the water tank leaked. We then used another coffee maker brand and had a separate small Keurig. I am spoiled. This Keurig Gen 2 has a couple of issues that I am not happy with. We love the single cup side. It works better than our old small one. The coffee pot side has no way to adjust shut off time. It is two hours whether you want it that or not. I will not drink coffee that old. Also, you can only make a minimum of 6 cups at a time. When my husband is not home, I like to make 3 cups. That way, I can have a cup and then have a refill. Keurig pods are too expensive to have to make two cups for a refill. This wastes too much coffee. The hot plate does not keep the coffee pot hot enough and there is no way to adjust the temperature of it.

I am really enjoying my new Keurig, it is nice on the days (that my husband will be in the woods hunting) that I only need a few cups of coffee or having the ability to make a pot of coffee as I did on New Years. I have not yet made the ice coffee but I do look forward to that in the Spring and Summer months! This new pot allows me so many options!

I bought this mainly for my husband who drinks coffee all day long. His biggest complaint is how slowly the water drips into his cup. My biggest complaint is the water container is behind the machine which makes it a little more difficult to see the water level.

So far we love this coffee maker. We almost passed it up because our first generation duo only lasted a little less than 3 years and that was a free replacement. Our very first one lasted just a few months. But we like the Keurig brand and the duo has a smaller footprint. Plus it sits on the sliding pod tray under our cabinets. This new 2nd generation makes hotter coffee and it stays hot. Another improvement is the carafe. It does not leak/drip like the previous style. Great improvement all around!

We purchased this machine after years of using another keurig. We like the design and ability to make a pot or single serving. Needed to purchase a universal pod attachment to use canned coffee in single brewer, we also use a ez- cup filter that makes it a cleaner method. Wife says coffee could be hotter.

Replaced our first generation K-Duo with this latest and greatest and we are very happy we did. Everything works great and the unit itself is much lighter, less bulkier and has nicer appearance than the previous one. We drink a lot of coffee in our home so this unit will be getting a workout and we will be using all the new features.

This is my third coffee brewer from this company and they offer 50% off on pods but only on your first two purchases so I suggest if you need a third don’t go there they don’t honor the 50% off on your third purchase. I guess they don’t want people to buy their product.

This is the best duo Keurig ever! I’m a coffee drinker and love using the K-cup, coffee beans and ice coffee features! It’s quiet and easy to manage. I love it and would recommend this to friends and family. I also bought another one for a Christmas gift!

Coffee brews more quickly without loss of flavor than prior K-Duo models. Heating plate is a great improvement over the insulated Carafe, and it doesn't burn the coffee if left for a period of time. Smaller profile makes it less obvious on the kitchen counter. Very pleased with this purchase after one month. We'll see how it holds up.

Had an old version of this coffee maker that we loved. It would allow us to my strong coffee in the pot of k-cup. This is the second on that I purchased of this version but neither would allow you to make a strong pot or cup of coffee. Maybe returning this for my money and purchasing some other brand. Other than that it is a good coffee maker.
