This new packaging is definitely a downgrade! Thighs are super inconsistent in size and feel like snot because of the ridiculous high water content. Package states up to 5% water but this is definitely an understatement.

Not a fan of the new plastic sealed packaging. The size of the individual thighs is smaller than the styrofoam packaging and the quality isn’t as good. Sam’s please bring back the styrofoam packaging.

new packaging is really bad skin is all bunched up really wet. you can't see the product really and my package had some of the biggest chicken thighs I've ever seen and some of the smallest in the same package.

I hate the new packaging. There are two of us and you can't tell there is one piece in a package. I am going to rethink my membership because the chicken was our primary purchase.

Sam's Club has recently changed the packaging for the fresh chicken which turns out to be a terrible idea. The new machine at the factory must aggressively stuff the chicken pieces into the new packaging which rips the chicken skin clean off. I bought the package of thighs and the package of legs and on all of the pieces had their skin torn off and left dangling and twisted. I am trying to untwist the skin and use toothpicks to hold in back in place but some of the skin seems to also be missing. Corporate, you really made a bad decision here. Admit it and bring back the old packaging so we can once again purchase in tact chicken.

The updated plastic divided packaging is the worst experience, when i portion these out very particularly. It made the entire process take so much longer, much more messy. And I hate that I cannot clearly see the condition of the chicken before I buy it.

The new packaging is terrible. It crushes the chicken and simply looks gross. I shop for the family package now I have to open up multiple packages just to get the meat out and the chicken is slimy and the appearance is awful.
