Packaging is terrible can’t see the chicken thighs do you don’t know what sizes you’re getting. The new package for the wings does not include the whole wings any longer and again you can’t see what you’re actually getting in the package.

Bring back the old packaging. The thighs are different sizes in each sealed package. The skin is pulled back on all pieces, had to pull the skin back over thighs prior to grilling.

you ain't foolin anybody with the new packaging sammie. you plump with water then charge the same price for less chicken. I'd rather you just charge more than engage in deceptive business practices like shrinkflation

Too much chicken skin and fat packaged with these chicken thighs. Have bought for a long time but with this new packaging there is too much waste meat driving up the cost per pound.

This annoys me to end. Less product for the same amount? Be for real ! Unable to see what I’m purchasing. I expect better from Sam’s. Been coming for almost a decade. Keep this up and I’m taking my money elsewhere.

I have long purchased thighs at Sam’s. They recently changed to a different packaging and the chicken seemed to change with it. Poorly butchered. Inferior to previously available members mark thighs (when they came on the styrofoam tray). Some thighs have full skin coverage. Most have less than 50%. Will not be gambling again.

Sam's has changed how they package chicken. You can longer inspect the Tray as they have moved to sealed cryopact bags. All you know is the weight. So you could be getting nice large pieces or a bags of small pieces with lots of skin and bones and little meat. Our first experience with the new packaging was a pile of small thighs with little usable meat. That's it for us. No longer buying it.

The sizes of the pieces are inconsistent which makes for extra calculation and watching when cooking. In order to even out the pieces, you'll need to open each section. However, doing that defeats the purpose of the ability to only open as much as you need for a meal.
