I am a frequent buyer of this product. With that said, I'm not sure how I feel about the new packaging. There are just as many pieces in the whole package as there was before. But, unless you are using them all the same day, the individual sections do not fit the need of my family. It appears that each section holds 3 pieces of chicken. I need 4 per meal. The new packaging stacks and freezes fine without the need for opening and repackaging- if you only need 3 pieces.

The skin on the chicken thighs is haphazard and not fully attached. The size of the chicken thighs is rather diverse from large to essentially small. I prefer better skin contact and better average size.

The new packaging is not worth the money saved by buying the chicken at Sam’s Club. I have purchased chicken twice since they’ve changed the packaging and had a mess to clean up each time. There is no way the chicken at the bottom of the coolers is not covered in liquid from other packages.

With the new packaging, we're getting less chicken and more water. They've been making a habit of watering down packaged products for a very long time now. I remember how badly I wanted to buy their bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers when I tried the sample, but when I crossed the aisle and picked one up, it was ridiculously heavy for what it looked, so I tipped it up on end and watched all the water run to it. I'd been buying these chicken thighs in the trays for years and there was never standing water in them.

Smells terrible. Horrible smell took over my house the day i bought it. Even after we cooked it, it was terrible. Will not buy again and threw the rest away. Bring back the chicken you had!!! 30 year member first negative review.

I do not like the way the chicken is packed! The thighs when I opened them looks like they are skinless. They are bad looking! I will not buy them ever again!

Very disappointed in the new packaging of these chicken thighs, the skin is barely attached. They are so much smaller. It is awful. Very mingled. Would rather go to Kroger and get these very disappointed which they would go back to the original style packaging and provider whoever they were using prior to these are absolutely positively horrible.

Bad quality , different sizes in same package . Sam’s Club use to sell chicken prices in trays with much better quality prices of chicken

Horrible new packaging. Can’t see what you’re buying and, oddly, there were 3 thighs in a pack. Two or 4 would make more sense, has no one at Sam’s ever read a recipe? I’ve bought all of my chicken at Sam’s for years but yesterday I bought it elsewhere. I won’t buy chicken at Sam’s again unless they go back to the old packaging.

Very disappointed in this choice that Sam club has made. The packaging is very much deceiving. It’s surprising just how small the chicken thighs are. I will not be purchasing this again unless they go back to the previous packaging where you can see what you’re getting before you pay.
