Dislike the new packaging!!!!

The new packaging for the chicken is horrible. Not only do I get lees chicken, but the thighs included in the package I got varied in size immensely. Additionally, I can not tell how many pieces of chicken are included in the package. This makes it extremely difficult to price items for my customers correctly as Sam's was my go to for smaller catering orders. Now I am unable to use their chicken for smaller orders. I would not recommend this item to anyone.

Juicy, fresh chicken thighs at a great price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a good experience with Member's Mark Bone-In Chicken Tights- they're fresh, well- packaged, and easy to store or freeze. They cook evenly, stay juicy, and have a clean flavor with no aftertaste. Great value for the price. In a terms of safety, I've never had concerns- the packaging is secure.

not happy at all with the new packaging.

I hate the new packaging. The sizes and amounts are inconsistent. one pouch to me have 2 large thighs. One will have 3 small thighs.Totally inconsistent .I would much rather bring it home and break it up out of the trays myself , at least I can see what i'm getting.

Member's Mark bone in chicken thighs are affordable, flavorful, and versatile, though slightly fatty with occasional even trimming

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Member's Mark bone-in chicken thighs are a solid budget-friendly option for everyday cooking. The meat is consistently tender and flavorful, largely because the bone helps retain moisture and enhances taste during cooking. pouches makes it convenient to use smaller portions without thawing everything at once. They're versatile-working well for grilling, baking, or air frying-and absorb marinades easily. Nutritionally, they provide a good protein boost around 19g per serving), making them a practical choice for meal prep. some excess fat and occasional uneven trimming. Overall, they offer great value for the price and deliver reliable flavor, especially compared to boneless cuts.

Packaging is awful!

This new packaging is absolutely terrible! As long as this is the packaging I will not be buying chicken at Sam's Club any longer. It's so jampacked in these stupid pouches that the chicken is gross and mangled. They're awful to open. You have to do it inside of a bigger bag so raw chicken juice doesn't get all over your counters or floor. This packaging is beyond awful. I can't say it enough.

Chicken Change

I live in Virginia Beach, VA. I've been buying meat and chicken at Sams club (3345 Virginia Beach Blvd) for decades. I'm used to seeing the chicken thighs sitting in a yellow Styrofoam tray covered with a clear film. Today my only choice was Member's Mark chicken thighs packaged in plastic pockets. Now, today I see the thighs, 3 to a pocket, 4 pockets attached to a flexible sheet of plastic. Once the scotch tape is cut you have a package I think many would think of chicken saddle bags. These pockets are not easy to open. I don't think I should have to use scissors to open the pocket and then must deal with the mess I squeeze out. Now I have six thighs laid out on a cutting board. They looked like they had been run through a woodchipper (see attached). I had to unwind the skin and fit it over the thighs. I don't think they are going to cook very well on the grill. If I had biodegradable glue, I could reattach the skin, but I don't so I can't. I'm not certified to repair chicken thighs. Anyway, I haven't eaten any of the thighs but hope they will taste much better than they look.

Great deal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great deal for amount of thighs in the package. Comes with 4 separate packs, which is convenient for defrosting a smaller amount. There were 3 thighs in one pack. I liked that ingredients were just chicken thigh and no sodium additives. I air fryed them with cowboy butter seasoning, turned out juicy and tasty.

mixed emotions. I freeze all my meat wrappings till garbage day. No Styrofoam so takes up less space in the freezer. The plasic was hard to cut, had to use kitchen shears, 1 more thing to sanitize. Actual thighs were randomly cut, not very uniform. I only buy them to cook for dog food, so not a real issue. But, overall took more work and effort to open and get into the crockpot than the Styrofoam package. 1 slit of the plastic and all the pieces are easy to deal with. prefer the Styrofoam packaging.

The chicken is fresh and juicy while cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this chicken thigh. I thought it was only 4 big pieces but it’s actually 3 pieces in each square, so 12 pieces overall and they are all pretty good sizes. The meat was very fresh and really juicy while cooking. I would say to make slices in the chicken for the seasoning to really get in there but other than that, i really like this chicken and will definitely purchase again.

Stop changing from good to bad

These are horrible. There is so much extra skin that isn't part of the thigh, which I'm being charged by the lb for. There were parts of bone from another part of the chicken possibly the back. Do not like the packaging very messy with a lot of liquid in the bag.
