I was expecting a bit higher hopes for this but its still good for what it is! The beef is more pot roast flavor and texture with some mild spices but like less than jalapenos spice level! The consume broth is very good! Its a thick beef broth and has a umami taste but needs alittle salt! The cheese in the taco is tasty too! I was overall happy with this! I had about 3 tacos to be full.

If you like microwave burritos, this the the meal for you! If not, please stay far, far, far away. Not only does this NOT taste like real Mexican Birria but the tacos are small and filled with hardly any meat. I had hopes this would be decent enough to make when I don't feel like cooking but no thank you. I ate one taco to prevent starvation and threw the rest away.

Way better than frozen tacos have any right to be. Air fryer for ~12 minutes and they come out crispy, the beef is tender and actually seasoned, and the consomé for dipping is amazing! Quick dinner, great on the grill on camping trips, well priced. We keep buying them!

These were so goooood! We put ours in the air fryer 4 minutes each side and they turn out perfect. The meat is juicy, the cheese amount is perfect for a cheese lover and the taste is phenomenal!! Please dont get rid of these, yall know how yall be carrying the good stuff for a short minute then we never see it again ;)

These were surprisingly good to be a frozen food item! I used to live in San Antonio, Texas, and these are pretty close to the real thing taste-wise, other than the consommé. But good birria stands on its own with or without consommé, and these definitely do that just fine.

the quesadillas themselves are edible but the sauce is awful. It tastes like the sauce from canned tamales, not even close to birrira. Thank God for the restaurant i go to in Eldorado, KS ( Anitas )that showed me what real consomme should tastes like

We just had these for lunch. The best thing I can say is at least we haven't gotten sick from them. I had hoped that these would be a good item to put in our meal rotation. Boy was I wrong. Everything about these is “meh” at best. The tortillas have an off putting texture and taste. The filling is very lacking. Not much beef. Almost no fajita vegetables. There was enough cheese but the taste was off, too. The birria sauce was not flavorful and should have been the star of the show. If you are used to and enjoy Vienna sausages, this might be for you. If you still have working taste buds, I'd highly recommend passing and buying something else.

These did not taste good - the cheese was too plentiful and did not taste like real birria tacos, and there was not much meat. The consomme also was not flavorful. My biggest issue was the instructions - they say to bake at 375 for 30 minutes on a baking sheet, but mine started to burn after 10 minutes. Make sure to turn the temperature down a bit if you make them in the oven.

These are so easy to make. Oven or cast iron skillet. The sauce is beyond good.
