After 5 months of use, not once have I gotten a close shave. This is after using the app and following all prompts. My shaving time has doubled compared to last Philips Norelco shaver which was half price than this one. Most useless, overpriced product from Philips. Regret “upgrading”.

While in England, I left my charger behind, so I called the Company and not only they shipped it quick, they did not even charge me for it, sometimes. It is not just the product, but it is about the Company and the care, Thank you Phillips/Norelco, you have me for life.

The shaver is great, but it's really annoying that it doesn't come with a charger to plug into the wall outlet! It has a USB cord, so I guess they think I should plug it into my computer? Ridiculous! I guess I'll have to buy a USB charger to plug into the bathroom outlet where I use a shaver. Ridiculous!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the closeness of the cut of my beard. It's smooth and I like that's it's not very loud. Cut my 3 day rubble without any issues. Very easy on the hands. The SenseIQ is interesting since I'm new to it. The pop-up trimmer works well. I have another shaver with that feature but it doesn't cut as well as this. It's perfect for shaping my goatee on my lip. Auto cleaning is a must! The base is sleek and I love that it clicks into place for cleaning. It's not as loud as my other shaver so I love that! I can see the solution and I know it's cleaning. A plus! I will say that the GroomTribe app is interesting. Never thought I would need an app to track my shaving. I go based off how my goatee looks. Travel case is nice too.

Looks like designers don’t know how to extract more money from the customers, so they included ridiculously unnecessary features like blue tooth communication protocol with iPhones. They would be better off to design more practical improvements to the shaver for shaving better.

I can only rate at 4 stars because this razor will bite you with too much pressure to skin. Also on a recent trip out of town I forgot my shaving cream. Before going out to buy more my wife suggested shaving with a lather of soap. Being too lazy to drive to the store I spied a bottle of skin lotion in the bathroom so I gave it a try with wonderful results . No more dragging and pulling on my skin. Give it a try you will love it.

It shaved very close without any nicks or cuts. There is no stubble left behind. I’m very please with the performance of this shaver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using manual razors forever and decided to get an electric razor for a change. The Philips Norelco Shaver 7600 is a very nice device. Not only does it have a classy look but it also gives a smooth shave and is very gentle on the skin. I was quite impressed how close the shaving was. I get a great shave with the Norelco and it might not be as sharp as a manual blade but it is quite close. I tried both the dry and wet shave but having a very sensitive skin, I tend to prefer the wet shave even if it takes a bit longer. When it comes to the battery life, I was really impressed as it provides 60 minutes of running time on a full charge. My favorite feature though is the five minutes quick charge which allows me to get a shave without having to wait for the battery to fully charge. With all that being said, I am very pleased with my new Norelco shaver which gets a perfect 5 stars rating from me.

This Norelco is great because it comes with a lot of features like the trimmer for my mustache and my sideburns. I would say it’s an all in one shaver without having to use two or three different items. Even after use I put it in the clean pod to use it the next day. Good product from a great company.
