[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shaver worked from beginning. With a full charge, I can shave for around 10 days -- more than a week but less than two weeks. I find that my older Braun often shaves closer, but not enough difference to matter for me. No skin irritation from Philips. I clean with the brush after every shave and use the company product for a deeper cleaning when I am ready to recharge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the closeness of the shave. The ergonomics, not so much; the 3 shaving heads are NOT conducive to cutting my sideburns because of its odd shape… it doesn't allow for up-close accuracy when trimming up to the stop-point.

The only place I have trouble is sometimes it is hard in the neck are with having to go over it several times however this could be the shape of your skin. Overall is good shaver and would say go for it and buy it.

The razor also does not give as close shave as it should. In fact I am about ready to go back to a different brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think it is hard to clean - I am an 80 year old man. So part of the problem might be mine. To get a close shave you need to go over the face multiple of times making my face sore or tender. Would not buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Norelco 3000 series shavers for decades but thought I should try a better model. I need to trim around my mustache and beard as well as shaving face and neck. The cutting blades on the 3000 series allow for easy trimming, but the cutting blades on the 7000 series are not near the edge of the shaving head and make trimming more difficult. Shaving the face and neck works well and there are no problems with that process. Pop-up trimmer seems less effective on this model as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is OK for daily shaving. However the design is lacking in several ways. Using the pop-up trimmer is difficult because it is hard to avoid the on/off button when using it. Also, you need to use at an angle, it will cut off--it is not possible to get the trim needed when the trimmer must be perpendicular. In general the design is not as good as Philips Norelco S6810.
