The only issue was that it did not come with the adaptor to be able to charge the shaver. I had to call Phillips to get the part which is an unnecessary waste of time and resources.

After years of nicking my legs and sloppy shave gels trying to shave my legs, the old fashioned way, is finally over. This electric shaver is absolutely the best. The shaver glides over my legs with precision, no nicks, no problems, and my legs are left smooth and hair free. I cannot say enough good things about this shaver, and I hightly recommend this shaver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good razor it cuts pretty close but it does have some flaws it does not shave as close as my 5 blade razor but this is much better than the older models it's a good razor not a great razor I rub my face raw trying to get it to cut the hair maybe it's because I'm older I'm 57 years old but my shave cream and 5 blades does it faster than this razor does thank you .............Richard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This new razor is the bet investment I've made in years. I'm 81 and have always used Norelco shavers; however, the skin change from aging almost made me quit Norelco altogether. After much research I decided to give this model one last try, and wow, I'm glad I did. Since using this newly designed head system I no longer have any of the razor burn problems I've had for years with my old Norelco. I shave the same way that I have for most of my life; dry shave with baby powder to dry my skin. Although the new head design takes a little getting used to compared to the old three head design; I'm adjusting to it very quickly. Cleaning the shaver after using it is a breeze; just run some warm water all over the heads and lightly shake it dry. The first charge lasted more than a month with 2-3 shaves a week. I am very happy with my purchase and recommend this model 7200 for men with sensitive skin; it's very refreshing to not have a razor burned neck for two days after shaving.

Shaves are very quick, close and comfortable. The built in trimmer is terrific. Phillips makes more expensive shavers, but I cannot believe that they will give a better shaping experience.

For decades I've used the kind with a single foil thinking this couldn't possibly work but after cutting my face with a broken foil for the umteenth time I bought this. It shaves much closer, is much quieter, interesting that it will shave with save cream also but I haven't tried that. I like that I clean it with water and the battery live is good. The only think I'm not wild about is that after washing it, I keep it open to air dry which makes me worried that it could be easily damaged. Don't know if I could just close it up wet or not but open to dry seems better.
