This model is the best ever!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted my first electric shaver for my 16th birthday. It was a Philips, Really liked it and as my beard progressed over the years I got a Norelco (new version of Philips). I was in the Navy at the time and the razor was great, for passing daily inspection. Have only used Norelco since and this latest one is AWESOME!! Smoothest shave that even beats most blade razors!!

Shaver is quiet and does deliver a decent shave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shaver works as good as my 40 year old Norelco (NOT better). The APP is terrible! I could have learned more and faster from a searchable manual. I do not like videos where I cannot find what I need to do without watching the whole video. According to the APP the blades are only good for 30 shaves. And the cleaner should be used daily. It also recommends a dry shave for better results.

The Phillips 7600 is a disaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrible Phillips 7600 shaver. Replaced old Norelco. 7600 weighs much more. Head is so much wider so must be for very large headed people. Handle is thicker. Like shaving with a dumbbell. App is lame trying to get you to shave in small circles and rating your performance…are you kidding me, shaving should not be an Olympic event. Built in trimmer is good but buckles if apply pressure. Battery seems only good for 2 weeks of 2 minute shaves. Old one went for a month. I am seriously contemplating dumping the 7600 for some other brand. Too awkward.

The worst Phiiips shaver I ever bought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Phillips Shavers for over 40 years. This by far is the worst. The trimmer does not work at all. I returned one because it did not cut or trim. They sent me a new one. The trimmer is just as bad and this one the battery last less than a week before needing to be recharged. The handle is very large also and tough to use. I will say the shaver portion does a good job. Nice and clean shave. Not a fan of the the app either. All it wants to tell me is I need to shave with more rotation. I actually went back to my older model and just bought the part that broke on it. Save your money and buy a cheaper model.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback and for being a loyal Philips customer. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Here are a few steps that may resolve the issue: ensure the click-on precision trimmer is fully seated (and remove any protective film), then detach the trimmer and rinse or brush both the trimmer and trimmer housing thoroughly under running water per the wet & dry instructions to remove trapped hair. Fully charge the shaver until the battery indicator shows 100% and perform a full power cycle by switching off, removing attachments, and holding the power button for 10–15 seconds. Clean and dry the contacts before reassembling. If the issue persists please contact us so we can assist you further and find a solution. We are available on social media, Facebook/Instagram (@Philips) or X (@PhilipsCare). If you don't use social media, you can also get in touch via our contact page ( https://www.usa.philips.com/c-w/support-home/support-contact-page ). Best regards, Philips Consumer Care

Shaves great, trims just okay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shaver works great. It last for weeks on a single charge, which makes it great for travel. The trimmer keeps me from rating stars. It is functional, but does not catch standing hairs well. I have some difficulty with sideburns and those annoying mustache hairs that stick up. My old Philips electric razor was very good with standing hair.

Product might be better for the younger men

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think it is hard to clean - I am an 80 year old man. So part of the problem might be mine. To get a close shave you need to go over the face multiple of times making my face sore or tender. Would not buy again.

Decent shaver

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s ok, it’s not the best, but price was good. I have to go over certain spots of ny face over and over which is petty but annoying nonetheless. The battery however, that is amazing, I’ve charged this 1 time .

This Shaver cuts very cleanly and comfortably.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this product because I had a similar Philips Norelco Shaver, and was pleased with it. This one gives a good shave. It cuts the hair cleanly, without yanking on the longer hairs. The only criticism I would have, is that the distance between the shaver heads and the edge of the assembly is quite long, which causes difficulty in edging along the sideburns and mustache, for example.

Good, but could be improved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is an improvement, over my prior Philips razor, and I have several Philips products, but the feedback on shaving technique, the queer charging system, and other drawbacks detract from an excellent appliance.

Not a close or complete shave for a woman.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not really thrilled with the performance I’m getting. I’m a 63 year old woman trying to keep facial and neck hair growth at bay. My husband suggested I buy this so I don’t have to spend money on microdermabrasions. (The little razors you buy to do it yourself don’t work and cause nicks.) So I’m trying it without a lot of luck. It doesn’t get the fine hairs, only the darker ones, and still misses them.i think this is made for men’s stiffer whiskers. A lady’s version that would work would be nice. Other ladies’ versions I’ve tried haven’t worked well. We need help!
