[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous Norelco woudn't charge anymore. It had given me several years of faithful service so I decided to replace it wit the same. This razor is terrific. It shaves way closer than my old one with less irritation. It does a great job after several days of not shaving. The shave is as good for me as a blade razor. I figure at the cost of the increasing expensive blades this razor will pay for itself in a year. The abillity to use the cleaner after shaving is a huge plus. Even after not shaving for a few days the razor builds up a lot of cut hair inside. I put it on the cleaner that came with the razor for less than a minute and the razor heads are as clean as new. I have never found any hair inside after cleaning and I have used several cleaning cycles so far.

Bought a 7000 Ser. shaver a month ago and am VERY pleased. I've been using expensive Braun shavers for years, and the 7000 Series gives me a closer, faster shave. It took a couple of weeks to get used to it, and to using the circular motion recommended. Both the shaver (green circular logo) and the app indicate if I've used the correct shaving technique. After shaving, I flip open the head and run it under the tap, leaving it to air dry. Easy to clean. My only regret is that I bought the cheaper version which does not include the cleaning stand or carry case, and they don't seem to be available as accessories. I am disappointed that the website says a "soft pouch" is included - it is not.

Not only does this do the job with or without shaving cream but it is super quick and with very limited mess! I am not the best at shaving and leave a lot of skin irritation so I appreciate the app that provides feedback and what I can do to improve my shave and limit skin conditions. I also love the cleaning feature that leaves the razors like new, compared to regular washing! The only downside is it doesn't come with an outlet plug (just a cable) to use for charging. That is the only thing that can be improved upon

Looks like designers don’t know how to extract more money from the customers, so they included ridiculously unnecessary features like blue tooth communication protocol with iPhones. They would be better off to design more practical improvements to the shaver for shaving better.

It gives a nice close shave and very great on the go with the little pouch to carry your shaver. It also comes with a nice cleaning pod. Philips over year produce some nice products. All my electric shaver are from Philips. Highly recommend if you need to update shaver!

I have an issue with skin irritation and this razor does not irritate my skin at all. I get a great shave really quickly. The razor is very easy to clean and one charge seems to last a while.
