Sucks!!

This 7000 series shaver sucks!! It stopped working. I called and spoke to a man who spoke very poor English. The razor is registered and I tried to follow the worthless prompts on the help site. It’s a F…ing razor. I just want to shave. I will be going to a store and buying a razor that doesn’t require my F…ing IPhone. Who is the genius who designed this?? It’s been over 2 hours and I’m waiting for a call back. God, I’m glad you don’t make a lifesaving device Don’t buy these pieces of S..T.

Takes a long time

Takes 6 passes over same area so takes forever to shave. I have soft beard. Upper lip especially difficult. 4 months. Watched technique videos.

Great shaver so far

Just came to this site to put in a review. The shaver works very well. I was very disappointed that all the 5 star reviews, except for one, was from people who did a promotional deal on the shaver. The comments I think are a little far fetched as to the shaver itself. The app for the shaver wants you to put way to much personal information down, appears the information will be sold to outside companies, so I loaded it and then deleted it. I’m a little disappointed in how your company has set all this up.

Overloaded with the not necessary features

Looks like designers don’t know how to extract more money from the customers, so they included ridiculously unnecessary features like blue tooth communication protocol with iPhones. They would be better off to design more practical improvements to the shaver for shaving better.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Phillips shaver wet and dry and have used it for a while now and I absolutely love it. It’s rechargeable and easy to store. I love how easy it is to shave dry and also trim up my mustache and beard with the trimmer that can pop up if you choose. The head of the shaver adjusts to the contours of my face so smoothly and pain free. It was really simple to keep clean which was a must.

No power box

Purchased this razor recently as my older electric razor died. Was getting ready for a trip when I noticed that the razor does not come with a power box plug in. This makes absolutely no sense. This isn't a phone? That's like saying a blender needs a power plugin box or other appliance needs that to operate. Poor execution, and I would not recommend this. Stop being cheap. Not everyone has extra power boxes, typically items purchased don't have 'extra' they come with one.
