Horrible shaves, the razor stops every 5 seconds after being placed on face. I’m going back to blades, I don’t want shaving episodes to last 30+ minutes and still have to use a blade to finish the job!

Bad charging design

Just bought this, and very disappointed at the charging cord! Just a USB connection? Not the way to start out with a new customer for electric shavers. I have macular degeneration, and this is a major obstacle for me

Old foil type razor was not working well. Bought the norelco series 7 and it performs great. I would recommend this shaver to anyone. Nice job Norelco !!!!

The person(s) that designed this razor must not have hair(beard) on their upper lip!!! Take a close look at the shaving head and then determine how to shave the hair that grows at the point where the nose nostrils meet your upper lip skin!!! The rotating razor blades have plastic totally around them (1/8-1/4 inch from the edge of the rotating razor blade to the edge of each rotating blade assembly of which there are three) with the 1/4 inch being the distance from the rotating razor blade to the outer edge of the shaver head. So you cannot shave any closer to the junction of the nose and the upper lip any closer than 1/4 inch; thus a person continually has visible hair at that spot on their face - fine for a person with a mustache but not a clean shaved person. I am continually having to take a multi blade straight razor to cut/remove hair at the nose upper lip junction - not a problem I have ever experienced in the past 60 years with electric rotating head shavers!!! Needs to be corrected!!!!!!!

Sucks!!

This 7000 series shaver sucks!! It stopped working. I called and spoke to a man who spoke very poor English. The razor is registered and I tried to follow the worthless prompts on the help site. It’s a F…ing razor. I just want to shave. I will be going to a store and buying a razor that doesn’t require my F…ing IPhone. Who is the genius who designed this?? It’s been over 2 hours and I’m waiting for a call back. God, I’m glad you don’t make a lifesaving device Don’t buy these pieces of S..T.
