It is difficult to obtain a clean shave in certain places as under the nose and around the ears. I also have to go over areas several times. With my old Norelco razor, that wasn't an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The electric shaver does a good job. Does not cause irritation to the face. Does not create ingrown hairs. Cuts as a close to a blade as possible. Works wet or dry. Easy to clean and the charge lasts for weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The razor is easy to use and lets you know when it should be charged. It also is much better when it comes changing the heads on the razor. There are three lock rings that hold the heads in place. When its time to change them you carefully turn them to unlock the heads. Then you reverse the procedure when you install the replacement heads.

I was expecting a little less looseness in the razor head section. And a more rapid blade circulation overall. The razor does give you a smooth shave but I still find myself touching up afterwards with a regular manual razor blade. And I am still learning the right and wrong way to shave with it. I guess if I had a little more experience and shave more frequently my review would be different and I would probably be more satisfied. But with saying that I go several days without shaving at times and thus razor doesn't do well with longer facial hair. Anyway I give it a solid 4 to 4.5.

It cut my shaving time in half and does a superior job. Charge lasts for 7-8 days and the cleaning canister makes cleaning and lubrication a no brainier. I've been shaving for about 55 years and the past month has been the easiest.

I like how it comes with a cleaner and teaches you how to shave better but the pop out side trimmer isn't good for small hairs under nose or sideburns like old was was even till the day I had to throw it away due to really dull head

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Charges fast and long battery life. Cuts close, but I HATE the pentagon shaped heads. You can trim close to your nose, ears, etc. It looks nice but the area containing the heads should be ROUND so you can trim closer !!!
