I appreciate the ingredients and focus on metabolic support, but in my experience, the results just weren't there. It wasn't a standout for me. I also really hated that it left a bad cardboard taste in my mouth and on my breath.

I have been taking 2 capsules in the morning with a glass of water then having a healthy breakfast about an hour later. I notice that I'm not as snacky in the afternoon. Just 2 capsules daily is all it takes to help support your metabolism with clinically studied ingredients. Maybe I haven't been taking them long enough, but I haven't noticed much difference in my appetite, weight, or energy level. On the plus side, the pills are a manageable size, don't have too much of a flavor, and don't upset my stomach. I'll finish off the bottle, but will probably not continue using this product. This may work better for others but does nothing for me.

So far, I've felt great! I take two supplements a day & I'm very grateful that these have no odd smell or taste to them! The capsule itself isn't “sticky” feeling so they go down fairly well.
