Just 2 capsules daily is all it takes to help support your metabolism with clinically studied ingredients. I've been taking these for about 2 weeks and definitely feel more energetic. 1 bottle will last a month, and I feel it is reasonably priced. It's also made in the USA!

Not really sure about absorption I usually take it with something. Plus side for me I didn't react to it. I have gerd/acid reflux so for me to find a supplement I don't get acid issues or gerd with is a plus.

It's usually pretty easy to find poor reviews, articles supporting lack of efficacy, or otherwise false claims. I couldn't find one negative thing about Humann. In fact, there's a lot of really great information about their various supplements AND they are made in the USA (big bonus points). I can't speak to how well these work just yet, but I'll update in a few months. I was a little worried about adding the green tea to my diet, which already includes quite a few cups of coffee. However, I have had zero negative side effects! The pills themselves are smaller and easily swallowed. There is not weird taste/after taste. I like the bright red packaging and it isn't so bulky that it won't fit neatly in my drawer. I'm excited to continue using these and to try some of their other supplements, like Super Beets!

The ingredients are simple, naturally derived, and there isn't a lot of filler. They are a standard capsule, so the texture is fine. They are consistent, tasteless, and store easily. Very happy to add this to my daily supplement routine.

I like that you only have to take 2 pills. It also has good ingredients. They don't have an aftertaste or anything.

I just got the small sample.(thank you!) so its's difficult to say the effectiveness of this product. We know with natural health products, it mostly takes longer to see results and I just didn't have enough of that product to tell.
