I've been getting more steps in. Losing a couple of pounds. I've also haven't had the urge to binge on unhealthy snacks and desserts. These supplements were also really easy to take. I take two a day. I haven't had any side effects either. Definitely would recommend it to everyone.

I am taking GLP1s injections and these are a great supplementation to support my nutrition. I take two capsules daily without any problem. I have no side effects at all. I love the packaging because it has all the information I need to know what I am taking. With its ingredients I can get the energy I need throughout the day from the green tea. I can rely on the chromium to help my body respond to my insulin deficiency. I like that it contains white mulberry that is said to support the breakdown of carbohydrates in the gut to prevent the glucose spikes after eating.

I have been taking 2 capsules in the morning with a glass of water then having a healthy breakfast about an hour later. I notice that I'm not as snacky in the afternoon. I don't notice any smell or taste. I would happily try their other products now.

These make my stomach flat the next day even if I've indulged. And now I don't have to go to Korea to repurchase because these are so similar. Amazing! 🤩

They are easy to swallow. I think they are a little pricey for a month supply. However, if they are helping me and it's now a placebo effect...then it honestly may be worth it.

Maybe I haven't been taking them long enough, but I haven't noticed much difference in my appetite, weight, or energy level. On the plus side, the pills are a manageable size, don't have too much of a flavor, and don't upset my stomach. I'll finish off the bottle, but will probably not continue using this product. This may work better for others but does nothing for me.
