Prior to starting I was having some issues with daily digestion, it was taking all of my energy and making me quite irritable. Since I started taking this, I have a way easier time with digestion and a lot more energy. I purchased a bottle with my own money because I really enjoy having more energy throughout the day especially after eating, and I enjoy being able to have an easier time with digestion. One thing I will add is that it makes me feel a little bit jittery at times, nothing dramatic, but something to be aware of. I used to drink two coffees a day, but miraculously I've been able to cut down to one! :)

They are easy enough to take , when i remembered to! And isn't have any weird after taste. I would buy again.

To be honest, I didn’t notice anything in terms of effect, either negative or positive. I don’t know if you need to take it longer to see the obvious effects— I would guess that’s the case and given that I had no discomfort, taking it or bad after effects, I would see no risk in continuing it to see what the metabolic effects might be!

No nausea or other ill effects were noticed while taking these, and all of the pills were perfectly intact. Packaging is a bold color that stands out in your drawer or bathroom so it is easy to remember to take them. I do wish the pills were a bit smaller, but would recommend giving this supplement a try if it has what you’re looking for!

No gut issues, didn't get hangry near as much. I really think this helped push me by allowing me to feel better.. hoping its the start of progress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took this product for about 2 weeks and while I didn't feel like eating and lost weight my stomach was constantly upset in one way or another. The capsules are of significant size as you can see compared to the quarter.

If it does anything, I haven't notice after 2 weeks.
