My energy feels more balanced during the day. I do appreciate it used plant based ingredients like mulberry leaf extract and green tea extract so it feel cleaner.

I have been taking 2 capsules in the morning with a glass of water then having a healthy breakfast about an hour later. I notice that I'm not as snacky in the afternoon. I haven't noticed any weightloss but I feel more energized and less hungry. I like the packaging and the ingredients. I would continue to take this to see if I notice any weightloss. I don't notice any smell or taste. I would happily try their other products now.

These make my stomach flat the next day even if I've indulged. And now I don't have to go to Korea to repurchase because these are so similar. Amazing! 🤩

The biggest thing I've noticed is that I haven't felt as shaky when I go longer than normal between meals — when I normally do get quite shaky then! The pills are easy to swallow, don't really have a scent or taste, so that's a big win! I'm loving the red bottle, makes it easy to spot in my cabinet; though I wish it had a child proof life, as I have 3 young children on my house. I think I would purchase and continue to take for a few months, to see if I notice even more of a difference!
