The supplement isn't too large, but if you do have issues with swallowing you might be able to cut it or pull it apart to help. I just finished my first 30 days on it and genuinely feel good.

The pills themselves were a little big, and you should drink a glass of water with them. I haven't noticed any changes yet, but mentally I like knowing they're good for you. You take 2 per day which is pretty normal for supplements. They don't have a weird smell unlike most supplements but they do give you some bad burps that I didn't like. I would try these again because I am interested in seeing how these work with longer term use, but at this time I am not sold that these are the "next big thing" in terms of supplements. I do have to wonder if these have caffeine in them because they have green tea extract. It's not listed on the bottle, but I do wonder.

Prior to starting I was having some issues with daily digestion, it was taking all of my energy and making me quite irritable. Since I started taking this, I have a way easier time with digestion and a lot more energy. I purchased a bottle with my own money because I really enjoy having more energy throughout the day especially after eating, and I enjoy being able to have an easier time with digestion. One thing I will add is that it makes me feel a little bit jittery at times, nothing dramatic, but something to be aware of. I used to drink two coffees a day, but miraculously I've been able to cut down to one! :)

Not really sure about absorption I usually take it with something. Plus side for me I didn't react to it. I have gerd/acid reflux so for me to find a supplement I don't get acid issues or gerd with is a plus.

I'm already down about 8 lbs from a couple months back, and I can't say for certain but I feel like adding these supplements to my routine has helped me in getting closer to my goal weight. My normally speedy metabolism definitely took a hit after using those meds, and I feel like this has probably helped me to get it back to where it used to be! I take two capsules a day (as instructed on the bottle) at the end of the day before bed. I have noticed I don't puff up as much the way my body tends to after eating inflammatory foods (highly processed, sugar) when I do indulge, which is awesome for me since I have been able to comfortably wear some shorts that had become a little tight around my waist! I've personally noticed no side effects—no nausea like I can sometimes get with supplements—though I do take them after dinner and not on an empty stomach. All in all, happy with what these supplements have done for me and excited to keep using them on my health and fitness journey!
