As someone with PCOS, I'm always conscious of my sugar intake and insulin levels and the ingredients in this seem to help regulate my levels. I take them before bed and wake up not feeling bloated! Haven't seen dramatic weight loss by any means but do believe they are having a beneficial impact.

The pills themselves were a little big, and you should drink a glass of water with them. I haven't noticed any changes yet, but mentally I like knowing they're good for you. It seems like a good value.

There was no after taste to the pills so that was a pro however I realized after while these pills are pretty large to take every day! Instructions are clear, I believe I felt a slight improvement but will continue to see if anything changes.

I just got the small sample.(thank you!) so its's difficult to say the effectiveness of this product. We know with natural health products, it mostly takes longer to see results and I just didn't have enough of that product to tell.

It's usually pretty easy to find poor reviews, articles supporting lack of efficacy, or otherwise false claims. I couldn't find one negative thing about Humann. In fact, there's a lot of really great information about their various supplements AND they are made in the USA (big bonus points). I can't speak to how well these work just yet, but I'll update in a few months. I was a little worried about adding the green tea to my diet, which already includes quite a few cups of coffee. However, I have had zero negative side effects! The pills themselves are smaller and easily swallowed. There is not weird taste/after taste. I like the bright red packaging and it isn't so bulky that it won't fit neatly in my drawer. I'm excited to continue using these and to try some of their other supplements, like Super Beets!

I have pretty fast metabolism in general but lately taking these has been making me go to the bathroom more and more hungry. I'm trying to lose 10-15 lbs so it would be nice if it could help curb my metabolism or I'm not sure what I was expecting. Will keep taking this and see what happens.

I noticed an increase in energy throughout the day. I have taken fewer naps. I feel much more regulated after I eat and more in control. They also come in capsule form, which is best for me! It's easy to swallow and not too big. Decent product.

So far, I've felt great! I take two supplements a day & I'm very grateful that these have no odd smell or taste to them! The capsule itself isn't “sticky” feeling so they go down fairly well. I'm not 100% sure if it's the supplements doing this or maybe just an overall health change, but I have definitely noticed a curb in appetite within the timeframe of starting these as well which is extremely helpful since I have food chatter almost always lol.
