Not really sure about absorption I usually take it with something. Plus side for me I didn't react to it. I have gerd/acid reflux so for me to find a supplement I don't get acid issues or gerd with is a plus.

The energy levels remained consistent throughout the day without overwhelming my system or causing mental restlessness. There were no unpleasant aftertastes or odors. Although I did not notice a significant change in my weight, I felt less bloated. Based on my experience, I highly recommend these to anyone who might be looking at trying these out.

There was no after taste to the pills so that was a pro however I realized after while these pills are pretty large to take every day! Instructions are clear, I believe I felt a slight improvement but will continue to see if anything changes.

Maybe I haven't been taking them long enough, but I haven't noticed much difference in my appetite, weight, or energy level. On the plus side, the pills are a manageable size, don't have too much of a flavor, and don't upset my stomach. I'll finish off the bottle, but will probably not continue using this product. This may work better for others but does nothing for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so glad I got to try these vitamins as weight loss has been quite a struggle of mine, on top of recently being diagnosed w/POTs. So far, I've felt great! I take two supplements a day & I'm very grateful that these have no odd smell or taste to them! The capsule itself isn't “sticky” feeling so they go down fairly well. I'm not 100% sure if it's the supplements doing this or maybe just an overall health change, but I have definitely noticed a curb in appetite within the timeframe of starting these as well which is extremely helpful since I have food chatter almost always lol.

I take them in the morning & feel more energized without crashing & less hungry throughout the day. I also like the fact that it has an antioxidant blend & high absorption green tea extract.
