So far, I've felt great! I take two supplements a day & I'm very grateful that these have no odd smell or taste to them! The capsule itself isn't “sticky” feeling so they go down fairly well. I'm not 100% sure if it's the supplements doing this or maybe just an overall health change, but I have definitely noticed a curb in appetite within the timeframe of starting these as well which is extremely helpful since I have food chatter almost always lol.

I am taking GLP1s injections and these are a great supplementation to support my nutrition. I take two capsules daily without any problem. I have no side effects at all. I love the packaging because it has all the information I need to know what I am taking. With its ingredients I can get the energy I need throughout the day from the green tea. I can rely on the chromium to help my body respond to my insulin deficiency. I like that it contains white mulberry that is said to support the breakdown of carbohydrates in the gut to prevent the glucose spikes after eating.

I have been taking 2 capsules in the morning with a glass of water then having a healthy breakfast about an hour later. I notice that I'm not as snacky in the afternoon. I haven't noticed any weightloss but I feel more energized and less hungry. I like the packaging and the ingredients. I would continue to take this to see if I notice any weightloss. I don't notice any smell or taste. I would happily try their other products now.

These make my stomach flat the next day even if I've indulged. And now I don't have to go to Korea to repurchase because these are so similar. Amazing! 🤩

The energy levels remained consistent throughout the day without overwhelming my system or causing mental restlessness. There were no unpleasant aftertastes or odors. Although I did not notice a significant change in my weight, I felt less bloated. Based on my experience, I highly recommend these to anyone who might be looking at trying these out.

I did notice a slight difference in my energy levels while taking these but not enough to continue to buy them . I'll finish the bottle and see if anything changes .

It's usually pretty easy to find poor reviews, articles supporting lack of efficacy, or otherwise false claims. I couldn't find one negative thing about Humann. In fact, there's a lot of really great information about their various supplements AND they are made in the USA (big bonus points). I can't speak to how well these work just yet, but I'll update in a few months. I was a little worried about adding the green tea to my diet, which already includes quite a few cups of coffee. However, I have had zero negative side effects! The pills themselves are smaller and easily swallowed. There is not weird taste/after taste. I like the bright red packaging and it isn't so bulky that it won't fit neatly in my drawer. I'm excited to continue using these and to try some of their other supplements, like Super Beets!
