I like that you can get it in custom sizes and that it secures with a velcro type closure to get the perfect fit. I put this on after a long day pf physical labor after a hot shower and by the next day I felt better than I was expecting.

A suggestion for the manufacturer- the directions specifically state not to use more than 8 hours, yet the packaging says it will provide 16 hours of relief. This is definitely confusing. Also, though I don't see how you can change this, the belt, while comfortable, slides around quite a bit. As someone with chronic back pain, I did find quite a lot of relief with this product. I will definitely recommend!

The wraps are a large size which is helpful because it covers more of my back. I like that the wrap lasts for up to 16 hours. I would recommend this to someone that's looking for back pain relief and an alternative to using a heating pad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I took my time to test out the ThermaCare XL back therapy heat wraps and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the stretch and comfort it gives. The heat regulates by body temperature so it doesn't give off intense heat, it pretty much soothe and relaxed my problem areas. Would definitely recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for lower back pain. I usually use a microwaveable bean bag kind of thing, but when going some where, this is much easier to use. You can adjust the size using Velcro tabs and that is a great option. Usually heats to 10 hrs or so even though it says 8 hrs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works great for back pain it's not too hot so it doesn't burn or irritate my skin and it greatly helped with relieving my pain for hours, I really liked that it was big and covered all the area that hurts unlike other brands that are small and doesn't cover the entire areas. I most definitely will be buying this product again and highly recommend it.

I try to work out hard 4 days a week , but my back pain was interfering in this. I put on a ThermaCare patch and WOW, I was able to continue to workout without stopping for a "pain break". I highly recommend this product and will be purchasing several boxes this weekend.

I use these when I am having cramps and they help to relax some of the pain related to that. The l/xl size are great for my lower belly area. My only gripe is that they are a bit wasteful, and there's only a few in a package which makes them a little expensive to use regularly.
