bulky, loud, awkward %26 hard to maneuver, hose is useless, didn't come with parts that would make the hose useful, lots of cheap plastic parts; but the motor works good

I have wanted a Dyson for years and am now the proud owner of one! I love it!! Talk about suction…..wow!! Also? I love that I caught in with a huge markdown that made it impossible to resist!!

I really love this vacuum cleaner. First I thought it’s very heavy but the ball helps with moving it pretty easy. It helps me with getting all the spiderwebs vacuumed up and reaches in every corner without issues.

Excellent vacuum. Very powerful, easy to use, stores in a very small space, great long cord to reach almost every where in each room from one outlet and easy to clean. Thanks to Dyson for a great vacuum!

This isn’t a good vacuum; It’s very heavy, cumbersome, and not exactly the easiest thing to carry up and down the stairs or move around. There are many other lighter, better-working vacuums out there on the market. Not worth the price.

Dyson really has the suction. But it is so hard to push.......I can hardly move it. If you have a area that needs deep cleaning.......this machine really sucks. But I cannot move it.

The handle is not stable. It feels like it’s going to break the round cylinder next to the wheels as you push it forward and pull it back it squeaks it doesn’t feel like a solid vacuum. The plastic parts are not sturdy.

Dyson Ball Animal 2 Vacuum does not move on carpet.. Suction can not be adjusted.. Sucks up carpet and won’t roll forward over carpet, even an area rug.

Has great power for hardwood floors, carpet, and heavyweight area rugs. Too powerful for a lightweight area rug. You have to push it, it will not pull itself.

This vacuum came with not 1 but 2 missing attachment parts and I was told I couldn’t get the replacement parts. Come on Dyson. Get your act together!!!!! This now concludes my future Dyson purchases.
