We had a Dyson ball vacuum for about 13 years ago and we loved it but it had a crack in the tubing as was getting old anyway so we bought this Dyson animal because the price was great. We feel it was a step down from the old one. It feels cheaper made/not as sturdy and there seems to be no control of the handle release mechanism when using the vacuum and when you're done and try to put it back in the upright position.

Excellent vacuum. We have 3 German Shedders. Does a good job.

Too much suction which made it too, too difficult to vacuum. Assembly was easy.

Great love it. It sucks like it should lol

Doesn't work on thick ply carpet

I am returned vacuum cleaner because found better price. Sorry

Doesn't work on my dense carpet. Very hard to push.

Very happy with purchase. Good vacuum, for reasonable price. Thank you Wal Mart.

Very heavy. I’m a man and it was all I could do to push it on the carpet. Suction was too much. Good for hard floors

Big Fan of Dyson products. This is my second ball vacuum. Highly recommend the model and brand. No complaints here.
