This one of the better vacuum cleaners I have used. I liked that it has manual settings for the height of your carpets. I like that it has a long cord so I don’t have to keep unplugging and plugging back in. Another great feature is that it has two filters that are washable. It also does not have a bag and everything is contained in the canister, that is easy removal to empty. Then suction is great on floors and carpets. The suction was able to pick up the fine dog hair on the carpet. Another great feature it some with just the right amount of accessories that are easy to storage.

Highly disappointed. Purchased for use on carpet. It is very heavy and hard to push on even the thinnest carpet with its lowest suction setting. Have a much better machine that sweeps and mops hard floors. Only needed this for carpet which again is very low pile.

Receive box, water damaged and torn apart. Not even the protected past covering on it. Had to return my sweeper back to a local Sam’s club for an exchange. That’s how bad of shape it was. Not real happy, had to spend money on returning something I got shipped to my house. Costing me time and money for gas.

The product doesn't work as it should. It doesn't vacuum carpets efficiently, and it doesn't vacuum some carpets at all; it just stops working.

This purchase is my second Dyson vacuum, previous one still works just needed another one for second level of house

More cheaply made than previous models, but cost about half the price. Great suction. Like the idea of the washable filters.

I was sent a used machine. it seem to work for a day. Then it started making a grinding noise and would clog easily.

I like the suction. It removes cat hair from my carpet and another thing I like is it doesn't require bags.

Vacuum is great. I have one that was just getting really old and I thought it worked good enough until I got this one. My carpets look really good!
