This is the second Dyson ball that I've purchased. That was well over 12 years ago. This is 1 of the best Vacuum cleaners ever made. This machine is an investment. It's like money well spent. The performance of this machine is spot on. It makes my carpet looks brand new and clean. The ball aliws you to go in areas that's very hard to reach without putting on another attachment. Don't buy another Vacuum cleaner unless it's a Dyson Ball. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. TRULY, DR. FAYE E. TAYLOR-BYNUM

didn't even get to use it. the part that goes on vacuum to hold the attachments is sold separately!!! returned it immediately!

the vacuum itself is good but the hose is horrible. am ant can clog it. it doesnt bend easily at all. makes it very awkward to use thr hose

Would not recommend this vacuum. I reached out to Dyson, I was surprised at the quality of this vacuum. I have short pile carpet and tile floors and after several passes-this vacuum would not pick up minor debris.

Not anything like my prior Dyson animal unit I had for over a decade. This one weighs a ton, and is NOT meant for washable rugs, or a 1/4" pile rug/carpet. The rollers stop after two passes and you have to push with brute force to get it to roll forward.

The Dyson Ball is a horrible vacuum it has no adjustment level so the suction over powers almost ripped my shoulder out trying to use it. Now I purchased this because the Dyson V8 cordless is another piece of work the battery dies after 20min tops and takes me over 4 hrs to try and vacuum the house. I can’t get rid of it because my boys purchase it for me as a Xmas gift. Not sure what all the hype is for Dyson Im not a fan at All! Gave a stat only because I had to. And just FYI I never give a review I’m waiting for my cordless to charge!!!!

Don’t waste your money on this. The vacuum came with attachments, but the clip piece that holds them onto the handle was not included. After three days of negotiations with Dyson, I was told the tool clip piece does not come with this, even though the instructions and assembly manual clearly shows it!

I do not recommend buying the Dyson vacuum. I had to go buy a cheap vacuum from Walmart that has everything included. Dyson doesn't even give you a holster for the vacuum parts. You have to buy everything separate. You figure spending $200 and a vacuum they give you a holster but not Dyson. You have to buy it separately and on top of it they're out of stock for the holster. I had to buy it at Amazon but I ended up buying a cheaper vacuum from Walmart that has everything and works better. The Dyson no good for the money stay away from Dyson they're scammers.

The suction is incredible when it wants to work. I got a couple swipes in and the bottom roller stopped spinning. Had to shut the vacuum off wait a minute turn it back on and it would spin for a couple swipes and then stop again. Also was missing a couple attachment pieces which seems to be a common issue in other reviews. I returned this item.

I believed the hype: Difficult to maneuver, missing parts, nothing special about Dyson that differentiates it from other vacuum cleaners on the market. Great marketing campaign, all hype. Do not buy!
