it didn't come with the tool attachment so that's annoying but the vacuum does a phenomenal job. better than any other vacuum I've used, including shark

I absolutely love the suction power, The only issue I have is. The weight, it is a little on the heavy side, otherwise I am a happy customer who has very clean carpets!!

Dyson is a top notch vacuum, i ordered 2 had to return both, so sad, they will not move on my med pile carpet, so if you have higher more plush carpet this is not for you sadly

My old Dyson broke. It was 20 years old ! This new one is good not quite as powerful but a little easier to maneuver. So glad they still make it in purple. I hope it also lasts 20 years.

I love this vacuum. It's the 2nd one I have owned. The first one lasted for 12 years. It was easy to assemble and it's easy to use. If I could change one thing about it. It would be the weight other than that., It's an incredible vacuum cleaner.

The Dyson Animal Vacuum is the perfect vacuum for me because I have 3 Ragdoll cats and lots of pet fur in my house: plenty of suction and I use the wand to pick up spilled kibble around their food bowls.

This is a great vacuum cleaner. Very powerful. However, I don't recommend it for older people. It is heavy. And as much as I love it, I'm not able to carry it upstairs to vacuum. So, I'm currently using it for my downstairs. I still have my old battery powered Dyson that I use upstairs.

I would recomend this based on the vacuum itself. The vaccum itself does and excellet job. However the hose and pole extenstion are difficult to move and maneuver. Outstand job on picking up animal hair. The quality is seems durable so far. Having been using for 3 months. I would buy Dyson again.

For a standard house vac it seems ok. I can't say at this point if its a sturdy unit yet, but it doesn't feel like it would hold up well if someone accidently dropped in while carrying it. It is light weight. ONE THING that I found ridiculous about this particular unit is. It does not come with a tool holder. So that suction head you see in the picture has nowhere to clip to on the actual vacuum its self. I had to order the holder separately. I have never had to do that in the past with other vacuums. Even lesser priced units. Also you'll need to order the small stair suction adapter if you are in need of one of the small 6 inch wide suction heads. Ironically both tool holder and stair head are shown in the manual. ( THEN WHY SHOW THEM IN THE MANUAL?) Also how cheap of a company to not include at very least a tool holder on the unit. we all know how easy it is to misplace vacuum heads. Especially in a house hold with kids. Anyhow. Overall I say its just OK.

What a steal on pricing, but correct - the stair tool and attachment holder is missing. Quick fix as all you have to do is call Dyson. They’ll register the item and process replacement for no extra charge. If you have old dyson vacuums, you can save the replacements and reuse them aswell.
