Great purchase made, needed to replace my old vacuum that lost suction. Dyson did a great job. powerful suction for rugs and floors, however doesn't come with accessory clip for extension and had to purchase separately. also its a bit louder than expected.

Difficult to restore extension wand/tube into housing, pinches fingers, if not careful or patient, easy to break plastic notches. Releasing and Latching the upright feature is difficult, feels like your breaking the machine. Vacuum sucked my hair in from the top! That was a shocker! Very heavy and is quiet loud. All pets flee in terror. Will suck the crome off a bumper, so I got what I wanted. Ate a throw rug, but a good suction will do that. I feel like Im walking around with a tornado on a leash, this thing picks up everything! I have hardwood and tile, my home is elevated so it vibrates the floor when I vacuum. If it hadn't pinched my fingers just trying to put the extion wand in it's home, I would have rated it 5/5.

First-Dyson makes a product that really vacuums well. But, this machine was very heavy and hard to push. It reminded me of pushing my Kirby without the automatic drive engaged-kind of like pushing a mower without using the auto drive to help relieve the resistance. I returned it -just too hard on my shoulder to push.

Big Fan of Dyson products. This is my second ball vacuum. Highly recommend the model and brand. No complaints here.

I love the vacuum, it works great. It’s heavy and harder to push than the smaller version Dyson that I had previously.

This vacuum is great, it has little weight to it but boy let me tell you it picks up and makes that carpet look like new !!!

It cleans great! But it's heavy. At 70 I'm not as strong as I was so it a bit of a workout for me...but it surely does pick up the fur!!

I love this vacuum. It was purchased to replace a 25 year old Dyson. This one has better suction and is easier to navigate because of the ball. I am recommending this to friends.

Very heavy and hard to maneuver around things. It doesn't have a light on it either nor does it come with the attachment holder. It does however have great suction.

Better than the original. We have owned one for over 10 years, it was as cheap or cheaper to buy this new model on sale than to have the old one fixed. We have always loved this brand and this model vacuum.
