Fresh Step Heavy Duty Odor Block is honestly a lifesaver. This stuff works hard. Like, “what smell?” hard. It clumps fast, controls odor shockingly well, and doesn’t let that ammonia smell sneak up on you days later. I have more than one cat, and this litter keeps my home smelling normal—even when the litter box is used… frequently. It’s a bit heavy to carry (22LB means business), but I’ll gladly lift weights for a litter that actually does its job. Strong odor control, reliable clumps, and no embarrassment when guests come over. Five stars from me and my very opinionated cat.

This littler also has febreeze scent added to it which really helps for those stinky accidents. I personally like to mix this one with a non scented litter too create my perfect mix of litter that contains and masks any stinky smells. This is the best for odor control.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am reviewing Fresh Step Heavy Duty Odor Block Cat Litter. Fresh Step litter is by far the best. It controls odor better than any other litter. It is low dust and has a texture my cats like and are used to. It has 30 day odor blocking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has the basic clumping cat litter texture. Works well at hiding odors. Easy to scoop. Only complaint is that the packaging itself isn't the best at containing the litter. When the litter was shipped to me some of the litter had leaked out. There was no noticeable damage to the packaging and litter continued to leak out. However, the amount of litter lost was not significant (maybe a cup total).

The texture is tiny and soft. I have not seen it stick to their little paws. The scent is not that noticeable and overpowering like some cat litters. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smell of this the litter is so clean and smells so good.The absorption is amazing and makes it so easy to clean the clumps.Storage is easy being that the box can just be tucked away.There wasn’t really any dust from scattering in litter box and I really liked that.Would definitely recommend.Keeps odor down for sure.
