[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cat litter, wow 🤩 I just witnessed this today and I can honestly say: it is 100% odor control and I love that! With my regular brand the odor would linger in the house for a while but that won’t be happening anymore thanks to Fresh Step Heavy duty Odor Block. Fast absorbing and clumping. I wish it was dust free but it is not, however, is less than my regular brand. The litter itself smells pretty good, not overpowering but just a nice fresh scent. Very good cat litter for my multi-cat house. Because of the great-strong clumping, I already know it’s gonna last longer.

I appreciate that immensely because I do have 6 cats in total and even sifting the litter boxes every day you can still have a lot of odors. It does created a lot of dust which I suppose is unavoidable with clay litters but I did still deduct a star for that because it really is a lot.

I already trust the Fresh Step brand but this stuff does double duty! It really is heavy duty odor blocking! As an owner with three cats, I need this product! I love that this litter masks all odors, and it really does work for an extended period of time! It clumps really well, which makes it super easy to scoop the litter box and dispose of all the waste!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty disappointed in this for one reason. It’s a cloud of dust anytime it’s touched. I really liked how it performed, and that the fragrance in it don’t scream “cat litter”. But the dustiness is so bad that I’m quite certain it’s not safe for cats to use. If it makes me sneeze, and feel hard to breathe just scooping it with all the dust, it can’t be any better for a cat that literally sits in it and paws it around to bury its business. I won’t buy again, and would never recommend this.

I specifically choose it because it reliably clumps when the cat urinates or defecates, which makes cleaning the litter box easier. If it fails to form solid clumps, I prefer not to use it, and this product meets that requirement perfectly. Overall, I appreciate its excellent clumping ability, which helps control odor and makes scooping straightforward. However, I find the scent of the litter to be excessively strong and overpowering, often requiring me to hold my breath when pouring it into the litter pan to avoid inhaling the fumes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging is nice and easy to open, my issue that gives it an automatic 1 star rating is that when I poured it into the litterbox, a fine powder rose up and permeated the entire floor of our house, it irritated my nose, gave me a headache, and essentially smelled like a cross between a dust storm and pure talcum powder. It was beyond overkill. I’m debating if it’s even a nice thing to do to donate the rest to an animal shelter because I don’t want to subject the volunteers and animals to this.

This definitely helps keep smells at bay compared to other brands I’ve used, and it definitely clumps nicely. It is a bit dusty though and leaves little kitty paw prints all over my floor!
