This printer is great! It was easy to install and just an overall excellent addition to my office.. I recommend this printer to everyone...

Very happy with printer. But HP ink service has a lot to improve. I’ve only printed documents so far. So pictures yet.

Printer was good value for the money.....its a bit slow printing and had trouble finding the HP driver on-line

I purchased this printer to replace a Brother printer, Brother was a piece of junk but HP is working great.

Useless. The first one failed due to a cartridge issue. The second one has so many system errors that it can't even be set-up. Bought this for my daughter for college. She doesn't have time for this. HP and Sam's should be ashamed for such a useless product. A Big Chief tablet and a pencil are more reliable.

I love this printer. I got it yesterday easy to install and print, I just have to download the hp smart and have to connect the printer and with the WiFi. I had a free ink it comes with the box and another extra charging cord And when I signed up the hp instant ink . So now I have 2 month free trial for ink and $20 prepaid card . So I have 4 months. I signed up for 9.99 per month so I can print 300 pages a month if ever I don’t used it all, it will just roll over to the next month which is good .i love this printer . It print good and clear .

Aesthetically attractive printer. Easy to set up, and printed just fine. But when I attempted to scan a document for the first time (feeder and glass), the display showed an error message. What's even weirder is that I didn't even hear the printer fire up to scan. I just got an error message... and that was it. In any case, I deemed the potential amount of time I might have to spend troubleshooting NOT worth it, and just returned the product.

I really regret having purchased this printer. The print quality is fine, but it takes forever to print even the simplest document. Every time I print something, the printer goes through a maintenance phase that sometimes takes about 10 minutes before the printing process begins. If you need a quick printout of something, forget it. You're going to have to wait a while before that happens. Also, whenever I specify for a document to print in black and white, it still prints in color. Again, when something finally comes out of the printer, it's good quality, provided that I want it to be color document. I'm only giving it two stars because it deserves about 1.5, and this site doesn't allow for the awarding of half stars.

Well I bought the next model up and it was broke out of the box so I took it back. I bought this and saved 20 dollars. I turned it on and the set up was flawless and easy. I took a picture of the QRS code and downloaded the app. The initial page printed out and I scanned it as advised. I printed out a document with no problem. I did go with the 2.99 a month for ink and that will save me a lot of money. If I bought all the cartridges it would be $100.00.

The cyan printhead didn't work and after sitting on the phone on hold, HP support couldn't help me, they said it's essentially trash. The printheads are not removable and there's no way to fix them. I bought an extra $100 worth of new ink trying to make it work, which is all useless unless I rebuy the exact same printer a second time. If you want this one anyway, get the insurance.
