They are true to size and make no noise so no one knows you're wearing them. Leaks stay where they should and I've had no leaks.

It is surprisingly stretchy and is made of an elasticized material with feminine touches. You are aware that you are wearing a pad but it wasnt bulky. The pad was a little stiff feeling at first but did adapt as I moved. And the underwear did not leak even after intentionally 'going' due to the double elastic along the main part of the pad at the inner thigh. I was also surprised how well it controlled odor - virtually none even while in the trashcan. The underwear did get heavier as it absorbed but did not get bulky - even under leggings it was not noticeable. Again very happy with the look, comfort and functionality of this product. Well done!

I was comfortable and confident the entire time. They are so easy to wear. The briefs are not bulky at all. You get 34 pairs in this box and they are packaged well. I've used panty liners before, but I had never tried briefs. They kept me dry and again, extremely confident. If that's the way you want to feel, then Always is definitely for you.

Overall, I'd give them a 9/10. They were durable, comfortable, easy to wear, not too bulky, and stayed in place. I liked the bikini cut because it didn't feel restrictive, and they felt more like a secure pad that actually stays put. If I need an alternative, I'd definitely buy them. My mom was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable they were and said she slept well in them. That was a big win since it has been hard getting her to even try protective underwear.
