They provide excellent protection, even on my heaviest days and overnight, without leaks. I like that they feel much less bulky than I expected while still being very absorbent. They're comfortable to wear for long periods and give me peace of mind when I'm away from home. I can even wear them under jeans or jean shorts discretely. If you deal with heavy flow and want reliable protection, these are definitely worth trying. I also wear the s/m.

They are very stretchy so they should easy fit anyone in this range. They are very bulky and I wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing them out in public but they have worked great for overnights for my MIL.

I think I would have to go down a size because they fit a little too loose . Absorb well and quietly goes up and down easily. They are not bulky I couldn’t see any bulkiness in my clothes.

I also like the pink color, thickness and design. The underwear absorbs urine well, and there is no odor, and it also has great leak protection. I was recently on the road for work, and out in rural areas where rest stops were few and far between. This product held up exceptionally well. Zero odor. I cannot stress this point enough. Zero. Odor. I jad worn this for several hpirs while on the road, and at the end of the day, no odor. This, for me, is a major selling point. Fantastic.
