It gives me coverage from front to back. The bow design on the front is helpful and pretty. Also, I love that it controls odor better than other brands. Nice scent and good fit with wide leg portion make it comfort to use on different scenarios like incontinence, postpartum and other problems. It is light in a nice package, making it easy to cary, replace and use. Turning to liquit or gel is given comfortable feeling.

I was immediately impressed by how comfortable they are — they are easy to pull on, they seem like they would fit any body, and they aren’t too tight or too loose in any areas. Back in the day, adult underwear/diapers were similar to childrens diapers- uncomfortable and not breathable. With these Always Discreet underwear, adults can wear these fitted incontinence briefs discreetly and with dignity. They don’t make any noise while walking or moving around, they are comfortable under clothing, and most importantly they are absorbent. These Always Discreet Plus underwear would be great for anyone experiencing incontinence issues or needing extra absorbency!

The shell is the same. the pad is no longer solid with little to absorb anything. you can actually move it so there is openings where liquid would pour thru. i bought Maximum but its super minimum. i wondered how they can sell so cheap. i suspect Walmart owners have something to do with the change %26 you wont find this poor quality box anywhere but Sams. i suggest you add an Always pad as it certainly is thin enough to easily accommodate. Sad. Either buy these somewhere else or change brands is my recommendation. Since Sams created Member Mark briefs its likely to force women to buy them. You can only order on line. If put in Sams stores they will lose repeat buyers %26 take up space. Shame on Always for folding to providing a cheap worthless product. Use a pad with these rather than throw them out.
