They are not noticeable under clothing and provide adequate daytime protection. For heavy nights, they aren't the best, so we add extra protection. Great product!

My mom uses these underwear at nighttime since she had a stroke. She did not like the edges where they try to look like a ruffle. She said they annoyed her skin. She felt like they didn't really hold compared to her previous kind. But they kept her dry during the day even if she leaked a little. Also, if they think putting a butterfly for the front of them well, it is better to just put the size on the back area like a tag.
