I have extra heavy periods and pads were always too puny to last more than 2 hours. with these, I can wear them all night or day. they do tend to slip at the bottom when I'm sleeping which is why I recommend wearing shorts to keep it from shifting. these have changed my life for real. I don't have to stain treat my jeans every month anymore.

They were very comfortable and stretchy and fit nice. They definitely need to be changed when you have an incident because they expand just like a baby diaper. I will say it came in very handy and worked just as it was supposed to and kept my clothes dry. I would definitely recommend these if you are like me and when the urge comes it's usually too late to try to find a restroom if one is not nearby. A must for a long road trip.
