[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet, Always Discreet Plus -XL/XXL, although they are comfortable, somewhat, I really can't see wearing them for up to 12 hours as the padding tends to bunch up. I don't know how much they will really hold nor if the liquid turns the padding to a gel. They are "lightly scented" but I'd prefer no scent as you can smell them after wearing even a little while. Also, some of the stitching around the legs leave an inch or more material kind of flapping. After trying this product several times, I can honestly say, it does a job but I have used better fitting and unscented products I prefer over these.

They fit like underwear, provide great leakage protection and I can wear these and feel comfortable and confident at work. They absorb really well. I have to do a lot of bending and stretching in my job so these fit snug and sometimes I even forget I have them on. Accidents and bladder leaks can be inconvenient but these control odors very well. Love the design and the purple bow at the top. Great product.

Also, it isnt bulky. There was no leakage. Under clothing it has a smooth silhouette. There are several sizes to chose from. Great product.

They are just thick enough that there is absolutely no leakage. Can be worn under regular clothes and they are not too bulky. Gives great peace of mind through the night. They come in unscented and scented, the fragrance is not heavy, it is a light scent. The best of all the fitting is just like You are wearing normal underwear. They are not bulky and have a strong interlining leak proof.

Comfort is huge to me, and sometimes my inner thighs will become irritated. These steps are very comfortable, very soft and provide a good amount of padding to absorb any accidents. One of the key features is odor lock a technology that neutralize odors pretty instantly. The fit is good very soft on your skin. The material is stretchy for a secure fit. and no obvious lines. If there is only one negative, I could say is that I wish there would be more padding just to make me feel more confident about any accidental leaks
