They are so discreet that you cannot see them under pants at all. While I mainly wear them for evening and bedtime, I've worn them out to run errands and felt completely comfortable. I first wore overnight and did find some separation of the padding, but there were no concerns of leakage risk. At this point, I wear as a precaution and found Always Discreet Plus to give me confidence they would not fail.

As others have said these are not cut for plus size. The rise is way too short and they run very small. I wear a 22 in pants and per the chart these fit up to size 26. I could barely put them one then felt them creeping down when walking. May be can use at night but I doubt that even.. I had to order 2 boxes to get free shipping so feel I wasted lot of money.
