When it's in stock it has helped through the night. We use one small n a large over to cover wetness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These look so much like underwear that I donr think anyone would even realize you are wearing them. The main pad part is where a typical pad would go but because it is an all in one there is no need to worry about clothing getting soiled. They are super flexible and move with you. The gentle elastic helps them adhere nicely to your body and move with you. These would be great for use during a women's menstrual cycle as well.

As others have said these are not cut for plus size. The rise is way too short and they run very small. I wear a 22 in pants and per the chart these fit up to size 26. I could barely put them one then felt them creeping down when walking. May be can use at night but I doubt that even.. I had to order 2 boxes to get free shipping so feel I wasted lot of money.

I tried these for a 2 week roadtrip and found them to be more or less useless! The first 3 days, I had 2 complete leakages. Day 4 I put on two pair, one facing the rear, after about 5 hours I was completely soiled and had to make a pitstop at a McDonalds to remove and change clothes! If at all possible I would love to return whats left for a refund!
