They have a nice powder scent and are breakable. The waist is a little tall so it comes up higher on my stomach.

They are so discreet that you cannot see them under pants at all. While I mainly wear them for evening and bedtime, I’ve worn them out to run errands and felt completely comfortable. The light, clean sent makes me feel fresh all day. The protection is incredible. I feel completely secure, knowing that a sudden sneeze or laugh will not cause an embarrassing leak. The padding is super absorbent, and the stretchy elastic waistband keeps everything securely and comfortably in place without any side leakage. I would definitely buy these again!

My elderly mother experiences incontinence so I gave these to her to try. She is a size 14 and about 5’ 3” tall. Immediately she told me she didn’t like how it felt. The back of the brief felt like it would ride up, so she felt like her buttocks were exposed. She also felt that the bottom pad was way too long and bulky for someone of her stature. She did not feel that this was something she could wear discreetly in public. Overall she felt that this might be a better fit for someone who is taller, or prefers a roomier fit.

However, they felt like they wouldn't leak while doing any type of activity. They did absorb like you would think a diaper does. I wear a size M panties, and these fine!
