I like the fit and I don't find them to be overly bulky. The material does not irritate my sensitive skin and I appreciate that they are unscented. Not bulky or hot in hot weather. They don't have a plastic feel to them but a cotton or fabric look. Had my mom wear them overnight and no leaks at all. They are not bulky, fit smoothly under clothes, and mostly feel like regular underwear. These are very stretchy for a better fit. The liquid turns into gel to lock away wetness and odor. Using a 3oz cup and poured a total of 9 oz on these. The product absorbed all the liquid and no leaks. There was a slight dampness on the inside, but that is a lot of water to hold. Of course, this did make the item a bit heavy. I believe that this is a great value
