I am on my feet for 12+ hours. I have a bad knee and tge long hours aggregate my knee. I used Icy hot with lidocaine to help alleviate the pain in my knees. I am very satisfied with the results. I was able to complete my shift with less pain. I really like the roller, it makes the application much easier.

I love these for the back pain I have. Very easy to use and three small packs is even better because I can't put one in my office and one at home and one in my gym bag. Doesn't smell bad and really numbs the pain. I also had a pain on my foot and it really helped me. I was still able to even walk to pain. I love it. 

After work in 10 hours a day outside things start to hurt and I just don't feel like I did when I was 18. I see hot feels great going on and I love the way. The applicator works being able to get it to the spot. You need it without getting the product all of your hand is wonderful.

This product was well packaged to protect the product inside. this icy hot does not have an overwhelming smell or much of a smell at all which is great so not everyone else knows I am wearing it. it initially rolled on cooling then feels warm on my sore joint. Overall I would recommend this product and will be using it as well as my husband who works HVAC and my daughters who are detasseling this summer.

The roll on makes in so much easier to apply. There's not a strong smell to it at all. I loved that it came with a smaller one as well, it's perfect for me to take and keep at work. I don't find it has a strong cooling sensation at all though. It still does the job, and I'll continue to use it.

I find that lidocaine is effective in providing targeted relief for my sore muscles. It's pretty fast acting, lasts for a few hours, and these Roll-On are very easy to apply. It also doesn't leave a sticky mess, though my partner did not share my experience... think it has to do with your personal reaction to the active ingredient. These 3 packs are a great value thiugh, especially when price against the single bottles sold at my local drugstores.

These roll ons are such a lifesaver saver! I've been walking more than 15,000 steps a day now that a friend from home is visiting. I tried the product on the soles of my feet, neck and shoulders; sat for a while and I could feel the pain go away in a few minutes, I really liked how there was no mess, it's really easy to apply, absorbs quite fast and leaves no residue and what I liked the most is that there is no scent at all.
