So this is my first time buying some icy hot at Sam's Club seen it before I like that it says no mass so I can take it as I go it's like Nice size comes to pack and also a refill so you say relief of pain temporarily and that works very well. I highly recommend it for anybody specially those that feel pain and on the packet it says what is so good for and yes thank you.
