hard to believe this has lidocaine. It seriously does NOTHING. I tried it and another family member tried it on muscle pain and we said the same thing..it did absolutely nothing. Would not recommend or buy this particular IcyHot roll-on again. Have had very good success with the lidocaine patches. I have never given any review a one.star rating. This is the first.

It barely gets hot. I have serious back pain and normally use icy hot which helps. The members mark brand is like water. It felt hot for 10 seconds then nothing. I’m throwing it in the garbage and going to get the real stuff.
