It left a strange taste in my baked goods. I will not make any additional purchases. I'm glad others liked it.

Only buy pure vanilla extract for baking so when I saw this was a better value than McCormick, I compared the ingredient list and decided to give it a try. I have not yet opened the bottle so all I can say right now is the price is right. With price of food, I am willing to give a comparable product a try.

I used it for my sons birthday cake and it was very disappointing. I ended up using more vanilla than I normally do in my frosting and I kept having to tweak the recipe. It was very frustrating. I tossed the whole thing out and will continue to use McCormick. It’s a shame because I really wanted to like it for the price.

This product is quite weak in comparison to other products of similar price point that I have used. I have to use much more than I would usually use, to achieve my accustomed results. I tried it on a whim, but definitely won't use for my professional applications. Will use for home-baking until it's done, then go back to old faithfuls.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. This stuff has a NASTY taste and weak vanilla flavor...McCormick is soo much better. My guess is anyone who gave this 5 stars was paid to do so. I wasted my money and ruined a batch of muffins using this non flavored liquid.

Let's try a third time.This is getting old. I have written 3 reviews for this product and none posted. As other reviewers have stated this "extract" is not very strong like a real vanilla extract should be. I have to use more than I normally would. Do yourself a favor, spend a little more and get the right stuff if you are serious about baking.
