[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used this product on are Great Pyr, he is definitely not a fan of baths. But he did not mind the smell of the shampoo and it was great lather plus easy rinse. It does not smell like a flea and tick shampoo.

This shampoo is very concentrated and thick and lathers very well. However, it was tricky to rinse out so I would say use as little as possible. It is also a very strong smell so be prepared for that. But my dog was super clean after and we'll see how long he stays that way!

Living in an area with lots of ticks, I like having more than one option to help prevent them. Its hard to say if it will prevent fleas and ticks as I also use a preventative already, although this cant hurt to use as an addition to the preventative.

Due to his age, I prefer non-medicinal flea treatment, due to sensitive tummy as well. This flea shampoo is the best! It has natural ingredients, such as Cedarwood, Rosemary, Eugenol and peppermint oils. It smells amazing and works just as well. The few fleas he had came right off and no dry itchy skin afterwards. He seemed to enjoy his little spa day. With the hot summer months coming, I'm happy to have this shampoo readily available.

It didn't irritate my dogs skin at all and she has had sensitive skin in the past. She doesn't have fleas and ticks so can't speak to how well it works to kill them but it must be working to help repel them. I would recommend this product if you're looking to boost flea and tick protection ahead of the warmer months when your dog is spending more time outdoors.

During the bath, the smell of the shampoo was great. It smelled like an essential oil shop. There were a few different scents but they all went well together. My dog smelled great for many days after his bath. His hair was very soft and we did not find any fleas or ticks. I would recommend this to family and friends. We get many great zesty paws products.

I love that this shampoo is gentle enough to be used regularly, and keeps his fur super soft and shiny. My dog has thick fur, but this shampoo lathers up nicely and is easy to rinse out. The best part for me is the scent tho - I sniffed the bottle when I first got it and was just meh, but there's something about how it it dries on my dog's fur that smells so good! After using the Zesty Paws Flea & Tick Shampoo, our flea troubles are no more. My only compliant is that the smell of this product does come across as a medicated formula.

It's formulated with peppermint oil which not only smells good but is soothing to my dogs sensitive skin. It suds nicely and washes off easily. My Shiba looks so fluffy and smells so good.
