We have never had an issue with fleas but it's great this product also kills fleas! The shampoo smells great and lather well. I love feeling more safe from fleas and ticks!

As a bonus, it has a nice leather and smells good too!

I get my golden retriever groomed every other week professionally but we regularly visit the beach as we live close by. Living near a green space also we spend a lot of time outdoors and I needed a product to supplement in between grooming appointments. This shampoo has worked wonderful so far and would definitely repurchase to ensure my dog is safe from flees and ticks.

My daughter thought it would be a great idea to put a diaper on our little dog since she had diarrhea. When I got home from work I was not impressed. Since we live on a farm I let her out of the house to play in the creek before giving her a bath. Surprisingly she got good and clean with her scrub down. Tick season is not in full swing here so I can't testify to that but I did notice a mild "medicine" like smell that made me think it was going to be effective. She also did not scratch as much as normal so it worked good for her sensitive skin. I am glad I have the product and would consider purchasing when I run out.

The smell is very strong as it has oils in it such as peppermint, cedarwood, rosemary and eugenol oil. I like the smell and if you don't wear gloves the smell will linger on your skin for a while even after washing you hand. If you are not sensitive to fragrances or oils then this product is perfect. My dog smelled nice and made her coat shiny. So far no ticks and no dandruff as well. Highly recommend.

I loved that this shampoo also had benefits to help soothe skin. The shampoo works very well, it's just the scent is very strong for my liking.

It smells amazing and cleaned him well. It's flea and tick season so the timing is perfect because prevention is so important! Happy this this item! Have not spotted and critters on him.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to start by saying my dog is NOT a fan of baths, so he doesn't get them as often as he probably should. However, Zesty Paws Flea & Tick Shampoo made bath time less of a chore. The first thing I noticed is the scent. This stuff smells amazing! They use real essential oils, including cedarwood, rosemary, and peppermint, so the scent is natural and fresh, not perfumey or medicinal like many flea & tick shampoos. The shampoo lathered up really well, making it easy to get my squirmy dog sudsed up quickly. It rinsed off just as easily so I was able to get him in and out of the bathtub as quickly as possible. And boy, he needed that bath! Judging by the rinse water, this shampoo did it's job getting rid of the dirt he's been collecting. He's now clean, soft, and smelling great!
