Low in Carbohydrates

My wife made chocolate chip cookies with this flour. Healthy, low in carbs and tastes good.

Another good value

This is a better price than buying at super market with a smaller quantity for almost the same price. Flour is fresh and fine; I use it a lot.

I don't normally leave reviews, but the number of 1 star reviews left by product bombing old bitties bitter about the loss of their beloved Blue Diamond has spurred me into action. There's nothing wrong with this almond flour. It perfectly fine. It behaves as almond flour should behave. As a man who has seen a nut or two, I can certainly vouche for this product. Don't be afraid to buy it.

Not allergen friendly!!

Not allergy friendly!!! It’s so hard to find GF items as it is especially when labeled “naturally gluten free” but this is processed with other allergens. Why do we discontinue blue diamond? Please replace with a comparable flour! This one also has to be stored in the refrigerator or it goes rancid fast.

ALLERGEN WARNING!!!

PITIFUL!!! Most people rely on almond flour due to having other allergies (other nuts, milk, soy, wheat, etc) %26 can’t use wheat flour. Blue Diamond was free of most common allergens %26 was far superior quality! HUGE disappointment that Sam’s has discontinued Blue Diamond for this brand that is manufactured with every kind of nut, milk, soy, %26 wheat which increases risk of cross contamination! PLEASE bring Blue Diamond almond flour back!!!! PS: Sam’s did the same things with their Member’s Mark raw almonds, pecans, %26 walnuts!! Now those are too processed with milk, soy, %26 wheat, UGH!!!

Bring back Blue Diamond

I’m so disappointed that Sam’s Club switched from Blue diamond to this. Blue Diamond is certified by the Celiac Disease Foundation while this is manufactured on shared equipment and not actually certified at all. This flour made me so sick. Buyer beware, it is not celiac safe.

This says GF, but has a wheat warning on the back. Sam's please bring back a clean almond flour. I risk being sick for two weeks if I get croas contaminated with wheat. How is it even legal to say GF but have wheat exposure in the facility?
