This almond flour is so flowery tasting and smelling it is really off putting.

I have purchased this twice now, and both times the product has been rancid. It was still 8 months before its best by date. Twice it has been unusable. Do not recommend, and will not buy again.

Fresh, clean, bakes exactly like a good almond flour should. Honestly not sure what some of these other reviews are about, mine was great. Will keep buying.

This almond flour is so coarse it feels like cornmeal. I don’t like it and it smells strong. It is recommended that you freeze it or refrigerate it for storage. I like the blue diamond brand.

I have a macaron bakery and have been using the previous brand of almond flour for years. I was pleasantly surprised with this brand! Just as fine of a grind and completely comparable!
