Will buy again

If you do not like anything spicy, and you know who you are, this is not for you. The first link I had seemed hotter than the second, so maybe I just acclimated to the kick. However, please don't complain it's "too hot" or "would be better without jalapeño" when it is clearly stated as containing jalapeño! This is a nice change from Italian sausage. I made it in cast iron grill pan to create some char lines, and also made in air fryer. The casing gets nice and 'snappy' adding textural interest. Good eaten alone, on a bun, in a seafood boil, added to soup, and so much more that your imagination can come up with...worth a try.

Put these in a seafood boil and they are fantastic. Bought another package for grilling. They have a nice taste and a perfect spice level.

My Dad and I really like this sausage it is excellent. I wish they still had the Bacon Cheddar sausage but this is just as good.

Some of the best smoked sausages we've had. I wasn't expecting much but once we tried them, we were hooked. We went through our whole pack in less than a week. Next time I know to buy 2 lol. Please keep these in stock!

These are really hot. A lot of jalapeño.

Way too hot. My kid that loves hot Cheetos and takis couldn't even eat it.
