Skin on this sausage is way too tough. Makes it very hard to bite thru if you have dentures. Overall taste is great.

I have to say the combination of flavors together not only sounded,smelled and tasted AMAZING!!!! I couldn't believe how big they were,specially compared to other names of sausages these are almost double in size! While preparing to grill them,you could see the bright colors of the peppers through the casing. Upon tasting them the crunch was scrumptious! Seasoned all throughout and the cheese all hit w each bite. They have a little zing to 

them but not to spicy!
