It has 21 grams of protein and 9 grams of fiber. It helps you feel full for a long time. I would recommend this product. I was given this product to try in exchange for my honest opinion.

I think the shape was good, but the pasta stayed fairly firm even when following the directions for the cooking time. It might need some extra minutes to be that perfect al dents. Overall, a great way to eat pasta guilt free and get that protein in!

It has a nice chewy, authentic pasta texture and only a mild nutty flavor from the lupini beans. Once you add sauce, it tastes pretty close to regular pasta but keeps you fuller longer. A solid choice if you want extra protein without giving up real pasta vibes.

It has clean ingredients, and keeps you full for hours. But the taste is denser and less tender than wheat pasta and a bit expensive, would try if it is on sale.
