Some of the others I've had have been a bit gummy or have a specific taste - this just tasted like regular pasta to me (I had it with veggies in a red sauce). I liked it a lot, I'd get it again and serve it to my non-protein focused family members.

It is made with wheat and lupini beans and has a really good al dente bite that holds sauce well, so it honestly eats like regular Italian pasta and not like some of the mushy protein pastas I have tried before. I love that a serving has a lot more protein and fiber than normal pasta which helps keep me full longer, especially when I pair it with a simple marinara or pesto. Leftovers reheat nicely and do not get gummy which is a big win for meal prep. The only thing to watch is the cook time since it can go from firm to soft quickly, but once you figure out the sweet spot it is easy. I recommend it if you want a higher protein option that still feels like real pasta night.

Was tender and was very filling and I stayed full for longer. That has to be the high protein and overall quality. Still I don't like to spend so much on dry pasta.

I didn't cook it long enough at first and had to put in to cook longer. I was afraid of it getting mushy like some other protein pastas, but it stayed firm. It also had a nice texture to it. A good pasta with extra protein, but the taste and texture of the pasta I love. I would love to go back and try the spaghetti.
